All our products are delivered electronically only. Should you ever need to download your licensed software again, you can do it anytime at our Customer Support Center.

  It is very important that you indicate a working and valid email address when you place your order with us. Without a valid email address your order can not be processed.

Invoicing

All order acknowledgements are sent to you electronically via email. If for any reason you need a printed invoice for personal, company policy, tax reasons, etc. please email us at: sales@active-undelete.com

Ordering by Phone

On-line Ordering (Preferred Method)

Please use the Buy Online button at the left panel to access the Secure Online Form. We accept Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express).

Offline Ordering

Please complete, fax or mail us this order form along with your payment.

1. Credit Card Purchases via email or fax.

2. Orders by mail (Money Order, Certified Cheque).

3. Bank Money Transfer

4. Company Purchase Orders
   
   If you are unable to use a credit card for purchasing and would prefer to fax or mail us a purchase order and subsequently receive an invoice then please contact us. Purchase Orders are accepted from  governmental and educational institutions, qualified corporations and organizations only on orders of 500 USD or more.
