Before purchase we recommend you to evaluate freeware Lite version [size: 11.1 Mb] or Professional demo version [size: 12.8 Mb] which is fully functional except it has a limitation on a file size being recovered. Saved scan results can be used in registered version later on. Freeware and Demo software can be activated with a registration key you can obtain immediately after the purchase.

Software Updates/Upgrades

All products include free technical support and software updates for the first year. Support and Updates are available by phone or email or by logging into the Customer Communication Center. Licenses purchased before an upgrade release date are eligible for a free upgrade within 90 days from the original date of purchase. After that time, standard upgrade fees apply.
